I didn't get the verification code for my invitation
Codes don't expire. Ask the host to resend the invite link — the 6-character code is inside. On iOS, opening the link will preload the code for you.
How do I send a personal link to a specific guest?
Open your event → Guests → tap a guest → Share personal link. Personal links track that specific guest's RSVP and gift claim. This is a Premium feature.
Why can't my guests RSVP on my invitation?
RSVP tracking is part of the Premium plan (Party Pass or Annual). If your event is on the free plan, guests see the invite but can't submit RSVPs. Upgrade inside the app to unlock.
Can I get a refund?
In-app purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your events, guests, RSVPs, and gift claims from our servers.
Is my data private?
Yes. Guest contact information never leaves your device. RSVP replies are stored only for the event host. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
