About ladi
ladi is an iOS app for kids' birthday invitations. You describe the party in one sentence, ladi turns it into a designed invitation, you share it as a link — and every reply lands in one place instead of across five WhatsApp chats.
Why ladi exists
A kids' birthday invitation turns into a small project: hunt for a template, nudge text boxes into place, export, send — and then keep track of who actually replied across several chats. We built ladi because that part of celebrating makes nobody happy. The invitation should be finished in a couple of minutes and then look after itself.
Who ladi is for
For parents organising a child's birthday or a private family celebration — in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, in German or English. ladi is deliberately not a ticketing or events platform: no charging guests, no conferences, no public events. Hosts need an iPhone. Guests need nothing but a browser: they open the invitation link, reply there, and never install an app or create an account.
How ladi works
- Describe the party: name, age, theme, date and place in one sentence.
- Choose a design: ladi proposes three finished invitations, and the details stay editable.
- Share the link: over WhatsApp or copied. Guests open the invitation in a browser and reply.
- See the replies: attending, declined and still-pending answers in one place.
What ladi costs
Designing and sharing is free, including the invitation link and a count of the RSVPs. Premium can be unlocked once for a single party: personal guest links, named replies, reminders and watermark-free export. There is no subscription. The App Store price is always the authoritative one.
How we handle data
Invitation pages carry children's names and addresses, so they are kept out of search engines and reachable only through the invitation link. The website uses Plausible with no cookies and no personal tracking. The privacy policy has the details.
Who is behind ladi
ladi is built by a small team in Germany and operated by Irina Ermakova. The postal address and legal details are in the imprint: Irina Ermakova, Prof-Much-Str 16, 65843 Sulzbach, Germany.

The app is listed as “ladi: Birthday Invite Maker” in the App Store and as “ladi – Kindergeburtstag Einladungen” on Pinterest. Both profiles link back to this domain — there are no other official ladi accounts.
