Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using the ladi app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
ladi is a party invitation app that lets you design digital invitations, share them with guests via WhatsApp, iMessage, or any chat app, and track RSVPs. Digital sharing is always free. Optional paid tiers unlock (a) watermark-free PDF export for printing, and (b) real-time RSVP tracking with personal guest links.
3. In-App Purchases
ladi offers the following in-app purchases through Apple's App Store. Prices shown are in Euro and may vary by region; the price displayed at checkout in your local currency is authoritative.
- This Party — one-time unlock for a single invitation (€4.99 or local equivalent). Non-renewing consumable. Unlocks watermark-free PDF export and RSVP tracking for one event.
- For the party season — annual auto-renewable subscription covering all invitations (€14.99 per year or local equivalent). Length: 1 year. Family Sharing enabled. Renews automatically at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- For the whole childhood — one-time lifetime unlock covering all invitations permanently (€39.99 or local equivalent). Non-consumable, does not auto-renew. Family Sharing enabled.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. For auto-renewable subscriptions, your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID account settings: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling a subscription takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
4. Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not control Apple's refund decisions.
5. User Content
You are responsible for any content you upload or enter into the App (photos, names, event details). You must have the rights to use any photos you upload. Do not upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.
By publishing an invitation, you grant ladi a limited licence to store and deliver that content to your invited guests for the purpose of operating the service.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal data. By using the App you agree to that policy.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use the App to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Harass, threaten, or harm others.
- Distribute spam or unsolicited communications.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the App or its infrastructure.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ladi and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or failed delivery of invitations.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
